The first thing I wanna do here is to find what decks you guys think would dominate an anarchist format by using the hit and recover method.
anarchist format: all cards are unrestricted barring win conditions.
hit and recover: I'll give a list of past meta all starting with 10 points. You will copy and paste the most recently altered list and either hit a deck or recover a deck. You hit a deck by removing 3 points from it or you recover a deck by adding 1 point to it. If a deck hits 0, its out of the running. If a deck gets to 15; it is considered meta. First 3 to 15 will decide our meta for this format.
