Flash! Cardbreak Duel Fest V2 Tournament update

Just wanted to clarify a few things since we are closing in on the final day to register for the first tournament.

1. We will be using the Banlist Pre June 12. Since the tournament got annouced before the banlist got updated, I only thought it was fair to use the same banlist. After this tournament however, we will play with the Post June 12 banlist until futher notice.

2. Under special consideration, we would like to ban a few decks of play from the tournament. These decks include:

Zoodiac
True Draco

3. Note that these conditions can change before the start of the tournament, make sure to keep yourself updated. Once registration close, all conditions are final.
